I’m a 2003 graduate of North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in Manchester, NH. I went on to study many forms of massage and love to further my knowledge and understanding of new and beneficial techniques and modalities. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist certified in Ashiatsu Barefoot Therapy and pregnancy massage. I have also received my Level 1 EFT with Ingrid Dinter of Transform for Success as well as my first degree Reiki Certification.

I strongly believe in the healing effects of massage, of making it a necessary part of healthy living. Massage Therapy helps to make life more enjoyable by allowing one to let go – and deal more calmly with the everyday stresses of life. Through the art of Holistic Massage Therapy I help individuals find the best possible solutions for maintaining a healthy life balance.

I am passionate about Massage Therapy. I enjoy helping others relieve their tension, pain and stress. I believe that massage is not only physical touch, but can also be spiritually and emotionally healing. Each massage session is individually customized to fit my client’s needs.

During this wonderful oil massage, hot basalt stones are incorporated adding a soothing sensation to your body as they become part of each massage stroke. This increases circulation, reducing soreness and helps you to experience a deeper state of relaxation, health, and happiness.

Foot Scrub
Pamper your tired feet and legs! This session starts off with a fragrant & cleansing hot towel foot wrap, followed by a sugar scrub then a soothing calf and foot massage. It also incorporates relaxation and pressure techniques on the top & bottom of your feet that leave your legs and feet feeling like new!
