The foundation of my work focuses on Mindfulness. Mindfulness is being present in the moment, paying attention on purpose, nonjudgmentally. My energy and touch is focused on various points in your body that may be causing muscles to tense or cause pain.

With this session, we will tackle the spots or “knots” in your muscles and facial tissue that are of concern and refer pain to other areas of the body. The session begins with focused, mindful breathing and moves into a soothing deep tissue massage with healing and mindful touch. Deep Tissue is often associated with pain. I do not adopt this particular philosophy. I often use Neuromuscular and Myofascial pressure to release muscle tension. In this session I incorporate multiple modalities but most importantly, the session is designed around your needs from the moment you make the phone call to book your appointment.
